I had the pleasure of working with Carly this summer for my nutrition. Throughout my lifetime, I have tried many different ways to lose weight. With Carly, I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. Carly did not restrict my eating habits, but taught me to make the right choices. It really sank in for me (and made me take responsibility) when she took the pressure off by saying that they are simple choices YOU have. CHOICES. She taught me which foods to choose for a healthier lifestyle, and for healthier living. She took her time to read any prior labs and testing I had completed to better understand what was happening in my body at this time in my life.  We worked with my current exercise routine so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goals. She introduced to be intermittent fasting for hormone balance and muscle gain. The great thing about Carly is not only her knowledge, but her understanding and sincerity to a busy moms schedule with trying to balance career and family. This is more of a change in lifestyle that is maintainable and realistic. Not a crash diet, which I appreciate. She set me up for success mentally which was huge for me.
To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost weight. Carly is the utmost professional yet she has a touching compassion and dedication to her clients. I am thrilled to be able to say that I worked with her.
